Game Refund Policy (Read Me Before You Rage Quit)

We’re here for a good time, not a refund loop—so here’s the deal:

• New games = returnable within 30 days  ONLY if they’re still sealed. If you cracked it open, you’ve committed. No take-backs. No plot twists.

• Opened games are non-refundable. Per previous ^ policy. You break the seal, you own the adventure.

• Used games are final sale.  They’re priced to play, not to come back home.

• Not every used game has been tested—because we’d like to sleep occasionally 😌—but we’ve got your back if something’s acting wild.

Game acting up? Don’t spiral—contract is IMMEDIATELY…. Cough.. Cough.. Not in 7 to 10 business days. We’ll check it out and help however we can.

Initiating a Return: To start a return for ALL things in our store, please email us at Support@thingsanstuff.com 

Exceptions:  items that are non-returnable, such as final sale items, personalized products, or digital downloads, cosmetic products, used vintage clothing, jewelry, on-sale items, Massive/Med or Small Secret Boxes, items that has been opened, vitamins, minerals, health products, food products, hygiene products, Any new electronics including CD’s, DVD’s, VHS, Vinyl Records Etc., nor do we provide world wide returns unless under special circumstances for art. We reserve the right to deny any returns based on the condition of product damage at the hands of the mailing service in customers area.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping on returns unless a prior arrangement is made with store owners prior. If provided free shipping upon purchase, customers will be responsible for return shipping.

~SHIPPING POLICY~

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.

• Processing occurs during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM EST.

• Orders placed after 4 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

• For personalized or custom orders, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for production. 

2. Shipping Methods & Fees

• We offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • Standard: Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited: Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.

  • Next Day: Estimated delivery the next business day.

• Shipping fees vary by destination and selected shipping method and will be calculated at checkout. 

3. International Shipping

• We currently ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for knowing their own countries customs import laws. If customers packages are not approved due to customs we are not responsible for returns and no refunds will be provided as most items are not returned to us.

• International delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by customs, duties, and local postal services.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country's government. 

4. Shipping Restrictions

• APO/FPO addresses for certain items or services.

• Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping fees and extended delivery times. 

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

• You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

• Delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends, holidays, or unforeseen events like severe weather.
